Vintage Botanical Prints

This collection gathers fourteen new botanical prints drawn in the manner of 18th- and 19th-century botanical plates: the hand-coloured engravings in which Pierre-Joseph Redouté painted roses and lilies and Maria Sibylla Merian recorded plants with the insects that lived on them. Here you will find peonies, an iris, lemon branches, magnolia, ginkgo, ferns, wild mushrooms in the style of a mycology plate, a hummingbird among fuchsias and a herbarium sheet of pressed leaves, each touched with gold leaf on parchment, cream, sage, forest green, chocolate brown or black.

The light-ground prints suit a kitchen, bathroom or bright hallway; the dark ones bring warmth to a living room, study or dining room. Hang three portrait prints side by side as a set, or frame a single print above a sideboard or bed. Each portrait download prints sharp to about 60 × 90 cm and includes a Frame TV version, while the six wide works come with a 4K TV pack for the Samsung Frame.
