Who is responsible

Raul Gabriel Nagy, RAGANA Design, Battonya, Hungary — raul@raganadesign.shop. This page says, in plain words, what this site does with data about you, and what it does not do.

What this site does not do

No profiles, no selling or sharing of addresses, no social-media buttons, no embedded fonts or players from other companies. The videos and images are served from this site itself.

Cookies and Google

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (to see which pages and works visitors look at) and Google Ads (to see whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase). Both are run by Google Ireland Ltd. and both are switched off until you decide: when you first arrive, a banner asks whether you accept them. Only after Accept all does Google set its cookies (such as _ga and _gcl_au) and receive your visit with an IP-based location and an advertising identifier; data may then be processed by Google in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. With Essential only no cookies are set; Google's script then sends only cookieless, aggregated signals that cannot be tied to you. Your choice is stored in your browser (a local setting called rg_consent, not a cookie) so you are not asked again. You can change it at any time here: change cookie settings. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

E-mail

If you write to me, I keep your message and your address only so I can reply and, if we work together, deliver the work. Nobody is added to a mailing list without asking for it.

Orders

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, who process the card under their own privacy policy; I never see your card details. For each order this site stores your name, e-mail address, country, the work and licence bought, the amount paid, the time of the order and how often each file was downloaded, so that your files and your licence certificate can be delivered and re-sent, and because tax law requires me to keep the invoice data. The order e-mail and the certificate are sent from my own mail server. Legal basis: the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The free print

If you request the free print, your e-mail address is stored by MailerLite, which sends the file and, occasionally, a note about new work. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your address there.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, theirs keeps access logs with IP addresses for a short time for security and error analysis (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not analyse these logs.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to it, or receive it in a portable format — write to raul@raganadesign.shop. Data I must keep for tax reasons is deleted when that period ends. You can also complain to a data-protection authority; in Hungary that is the NAIH (naih.hu).
