Tree of Life Wall Art

The tree of life is one of the oldest images people have drawn. In Norse myth the ash Yggdrasil holds the nine worlds together, the Celtic crann bethadh links earth and sky, and the tree returns in the Kabbalah and in Islamic ornament. Between 1905 and 1911 Gustav Klimt made it the heart of his Stoclet Frieze, a mosaic for a dining room in Brussels. This collection gathers eighteen trees of life: fourteen new works in raised gold leaf, two of them after Klimt's golden period, and four earlier trees inspired by Klimt and William Morris.

Each ground sets its own mood: emerald and midnight blue for a bedroom or study, black and gold for a dark-walled living room, blush and white for a calm, light room, burgundy and ochre for warmth. Hang three portrait prints together as a set, or frame one above a sofa or bed. The wide versions come with a 4K TV pack for the Samsung Frame or any art-mode TV.
