KLIMT REIMAGINED
The Gilded Ascent
Klimt Reimagined on the Golden Stair
A staircase winds up through a whirl of gold tesserae, and one small figure is climbing it. The spiral is built on the 1.618 ratio; every band of mosaic steps outward by the same proportion.
It reads as a story before it reads as a pattern — which is why it opens the collection. The blues and reds scattered through the gold keep the piece from flattening into ornament.
